SUMMARY

OCWCOG provides a range of programs to the three county region it serves, from transportation to economic development and more.

OCWCOG seeks to produce reports at both the regional and local level, complete with timely, up-to-date information in an engaging format.

Doing so will help OCWCOG analyze critical planning issues such as housing and infrastructure, while communicating the information to a wide audience.

SCOPE


Project Outcomes

Specifically, OCWCOG would like to:

  • Create a consolidated report for Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties
  • Create local reports to communities in its purview, including the eight recipients of Business OR grants
  • Address key issues such as: "does housing capacity support forecasted growth?"
  • Leverage comparisons, trends and forecasts to draw key insights from the data

Deliverables

  • Three county consolidated report + local reports:
    • Collection and analysis of data based on specific region
    • Key data inputs such as Employment, Housing, Population, Industry, Income, Education and more 
    • Compare region to state and other regional averages
    • Create forecasts of data such as jobs, business growth and more
    • Data visualizations including interactive charts, maps and other widgets
    • Report formatting and styling 
    • Embedded on website as well as printable 
    • Secure cloud hosting
    • Report builder to generate local/city reports within the OCWCOG team (unlimited reports)
    • Training and support for report building tools




Process 

We strive to minimize your staff burden during our dashboard creation process. The typical staff time requirement from start to finish is 3-4 phone calls for direction and input.

  • Report fee: $14,000 
    • Optional annual renewal for ongoing data updates to report
